Housing Association provides mainly studio flats at various locations in Portsmouth, Hampshire for people
over sixty who are fully retired.

All of our
sheltered blocks have 24 hour emergency cover and door entry systems
which enable the tenant to view the visitor at the door before allowing
them entry.
All flats have
fully fitted kitchens, including electric cooking facilities and
refrigerator, floor coverings i.e. vinyl in kitchen and bathroom and good
quality fitted carpets in the other areas of the accommodation. In
all our larger properties there is a lift for easy access to other
floors, although none of our blocks have more than four floors.
Every house has a
fully equipped laundry room, and a guest room to accommodate visitors.
The Association is responsible for all maintenance and for
redecoration of flats and communal areas.
There are also a
small number of non-scheme manager assisted properties available in
Fareham & Southsea.
